Shipping Information
Random Toys ships to addresses in the United States. Here is how shipping works.
Processing time
Orders ship within 2 business days after payment is received (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: flat rate of $19.99 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $499.99 or more (before sales tax).
Carrier and insurance
Orders ship by USPS Priority Mail, fully tracked and insured for the value of the order. Higher-value orders may require an adult signature at delivery.
Delivery times
Priority Mail typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Sales tax
New York sales tax is added to orders delivered to New York addresses. Any tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Packaging
Graded cards, cards and figures are packed in protective packaging to help them arrive in the condition described.
Damaged, lost or missing packages
- Please inspect your package when it arrives. If the package or item is damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the item. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors and your household, then contact us within 7 days.
- We will work with the carrier and, where the claim is valid, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the delivery address, and carrier re-delivery fees may apply to incorrect addresses.
