Welcome to Random Toys. By using random.toys or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Random Toys ("we", "us", "our") is an online store based in New York, NY selling collectibles, including graded and raw trading cards, sealed products and figures. Contact: store@random.toys.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

  • Many of our items are one of a kind. We show photos of the actual item for graded cards.
  • Grades, labels and certificate numbers on graded cards are assigned by the third-party grading company (for example CGC). Grades are that company's opinion, not ours. You can verify a certificate on the grading company's website using the certificate number in the listing.
  • We make every effort to describe items accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different on different screens.

4. Availability and pricing

  • Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
  • Because many items are one of a kind, stock is limited and an item may sell out before an order is confirmed. If that happens we will refund you in full.
  • We may correct pricing or listing errors. If an item was listed at the wrong price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Prices and offers can change at any time without notice.

5. Orders and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or ship the item. We may decline or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, unavailable items or payment problems, and we will refund any amount already charged.
  • We accept PayPal and the card payment options offered at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.
  • We may review orders for fraud prevention and may ask for extra verification before shipping.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs, timing and carriers are described on our Shipping Information page. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Sealed products are final sale as described in that policy.

8. Trademarks and intellectual property

Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. All other brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Random Toys is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, any grading company or any other brand mentioned on this site. Brand names are used only to describe the items we sell. The Random Toys name, logo, and site content are ours and may not be copied without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, place fraudulent orders, or use automated tools to collect content or place orders.

10. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Contact us right away if you think your account was used without permission.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Random Toys is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchases. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The date below shows when they were last changed.
